O.I.O.T. LLC presented by Tyson Lauby, Founder
OIOT was started to develop and license the surface finishing material science that was developed by the founder, Tyson Lauby. Previous testing and laboratory analysis have been completed, a multi-tiered patent submitted and 4th revision of control system in development. OIOT has developed a technology that grows Anodic coatings (anodizing) on aluminum up to 3.5x thicker than current processes or up to 3x faster than existing processes and at temperatures up to 20 degrees F above other processes that do not produce as thick or fast growth. This process is also capable of growing anodic coatings on exotic aluminum alloys such as 2024 high copper aero space aluminum and 380 series and other cast aluminum alloys that generally resists anodization due to high conductivity and alloy impurities. This system is based on the work of a noted physicist from Ukraine who passed away in 2003 and did not live to see the advent of the technology necessary to realize their work in an economical and practical manner.
OIOT has also recently submitted a patent for a radical concept Internal Combustion Engine. At a minimalist 465cc displacement calculations project it’s output at peak RPM of 260ft-lb of torque and 260hp at 5200 RPM. This novel engine design eliminates 75% of the complexity of existing engines, eliminates the need for casting engine blocks and offers the capability of idle rates as low as 500rpm due to its nature of 10 power strokes per individual rotation of the central assembly.
